MSAF INC. Established
OLB sold MS to Authority Brands around this time. MSAF, Inc was formed
and was heavily involved in FDD negotiation.
Each year since, the MSAF’s legal team reviews the contract for changes.
2021
Regional Meetings
MSAF officially took on the role of organizing regional meetings
for the 4 regions in Fall 2021.
*Note: Regional Meetings are open to all franchisees.
There are fees to attend if you are not a MIGS.
Institutional Membership
MSAF committee members established Institutional Membership to provide
further support to advance the mission of the MSAF.
2022
Mentor Program
Chris Faulkner created a Mentor Program though MSAF
available to all franchisees.
2023
Reserve Fund
The reserve fund was established and the first distribution to the fund was made based on 2023 revenue in June of 2024.
2024
Letter to Authority Brands from MSAF
MSAF delivered a letter to the President of Authority Brands in April 2024
with pressing and long standing concerns.
This is an active discussion between MSAF and AB as we work together to address each item in the letter.
